A wonderful combination of these two organic wines. 6 x bottles of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2009 from talented producer Pietro Catelli, who makes his wines exclusively from indigenous Italian grape varieties, ensuring that the wines best express the areas in which they are grown. Paired together with 6 x bottles of Boirá's oak aged Pinot Grigio from the Vento.

6 bottles Casa Catelli, Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC 2009
A delicious Montepulciano from the excellent Casa Catelli and the outstanding 2009 vintage. Softened and enhanced by a few years ageing it is drinking beautifully now and is surprisingly complex considering the price.

6 bottles Boirà Pinot Grigio, Veneto 2010
The grapes are grown without any chemical fertilizers, weed killers, insecticides and other synthetic chemicals. This wine has been certified by the ICEA—Instituto per la Certicazione Etica ed Ambientale—as complying with organic farming methods which have 'great ethical, social and environmental relavance.' Good for the planet—and the drinker!

 

Prices are all-inclusive for deliveries within the Republic of Ireland. Minimum total order is 1 case (12 bottles of 75cl equivalent) and may be mixed 2 cases (24 bottles of 75cl equivalent) of your choice.
