Puligny-Montrachet “Miroy” | White Burgundy
2006
A glorious White Burgundy from the tiny village of Puligny, in the heart of Burgundy, next door to the Grand Cru Montrachet, often considered the greatest of all white Burgundies. This is a beautifully-made wine that is and always will be a classic that all of us should have in our cellars and drink as regularly as we can.

'Wine of the Month, 4 Stars'—Decanter, February 2008Our tasting notes
A golden, greeny colour with a buttery nose with a hint of green apples. Rich, round and concentrated with deep luscious fruit. Viscous and honeyed—perfect balance and acidity with a lingering and full aftertaste. Very approachable now but will get better and better with more bottle age. This is a wine that gets better and better as you drink the bottle and try and avoid the temptation to drink a second.Wine data
